A 13 year old kid was shot dead in west Bank, Palestine when he sent fire works toward Israeli Soldiers there .

I suspect that running towards armed soldiers while holding a firing/explosive device on fire would get you killed pretty much everywhere.

But it's just fire works , can fireworks kill people these days , or it's a normal justification for killing ?
