New Zealand would be on top of the list because of this https://www.radionz.co.nz/news/sport/347805/nz-rugby-players-banned-for-doping

But although the story made headlines today the decisions were published 21 December

Are you sure about the sport? He is not registered for an official sport federation  (only an amateur multi-sports association) and the only Pasquale Semeraro that I can find is a master MTB cyclist.

Edit: I read that he was caught after this MTB race https://www.bicinpuglia.it/eventi/73 , so he is a cyclist

Sorry. I couldn't find the sport so I relied on http://www.sportsintegrityinitiative.com/italys-nado-sanctions-three-athletes-anti-doping-rule-violations/ which said "athlete" but probably didn't mean runner.

I'll change it

Of course and I'm happy about it. We aren't China, Russia or other countries that use a lot of tue :d

I don't think so

You have to compare the percentage dopers\population :bye:

Well, try to compete the population to the doping test. We are the country that test more athlete in the world, our NADO is very very rigid.
