Well, Ahlmann is at least replaceable, when compared to Blum (on Tryon 2018 form) and especially Klimke.

 

Sonke Rothenberger is out too, but he probably would have been a reserve at best given the recent trends.

Ireland hopes to get an individual reallocation in dressage. I guess they will get it since their best individual rider is ranked above Slovakia. But some eagle-eyed readers of the qualification system may suggest that Ireland loses a right to participate in the individual dressage following this withdrawal...
