They either stopped the decathlon high jump or the live results froze

Also, these weather conditions anger me so much, because we had rain storms in probably 95% local competitions this summer season, which made it very hard to achieve qualifying results.

I'm also very impressed by the live commentary in the live results page, trying to be very 'hip with the teens' and funny. (even discussed about a Justin Bieber song playing in the stadium this morning).

A lot of delegations didn't bother: USA, Great Britain, Canada, Greece, Portugal and many others.

 

Edit: Finland, Norway and Sweden too.

yes but they anounced that months ago, they are not on the entry list  like Nigeria

Still, it's pretty disappointing when so many strong delegations skip this event Getting medals for some athletes will be super easy.
