Unfortunately I have never heard of Cullinan at all. I can just exclude mountains in the Himalayas , because I think I would have heard of them.

Given the lathin numbers with the same name it might sound better as a medieval dynasty, rather than giving the same name with different numbers to galaxies or diamonds. But this is just a random guess and I am not sure at all.
