Davis Cup will very likely have some sad changes for next year:

 

- Two days instead of three

- Best of three sets instead of best of five

 

This sucks, especially the last part. How long until the same is happening with Grand Slams and there's no more epic five set marathons left?

Reforms for Fed Cup and Davis Cup have been accepted, with the biggest one being Davis Cup matches will now all be played as best-of-three tiebreak sets instead of best-of-five 

 

Just a matter of time before they ruin Grand Slams as well with their 'everything must be shorter' attitude of destroying magical five setters.
