Why are Quintana and Nibali not going.. Nibali doesn't want to work for Quintana, and Quintana doesn't want to work for Quintana..

It's very much possible Quintana simply isn't that good, judging by the way he's been riding all day. Gorka, Amador and Anacona all going ahead but Quintana did absolutely nothing with that on the Stelvio.

Then why isn't FFS Nibali going, or at least trying to see if Quintana isn't well. No shark from Nibali

Maybe because Nibali isn't good enough neither?

Finally Dumoulin is at the top, come on. I'm more worried about him descending in this state, on such a dangerous descent while having to cut his losses..
