After all drama no country from 2024 didn't withdrew from 2025 contest, additionaly Montenegro will make a come back after 2 years break, they are also first country which already selected a song, 12 years later after her last participation Nina Zizic will compete again, initially a band called NeonoeN was set to participate but they withdrew as they released their song prior 1st September which broke the one of main rules of the contest. -

each one of them will be in one separate path playing the top seed team (most probably a strong team) in semifinal away from home. so no none of those weak teams will qualify. -
