Where are these rules that FIVB changed in the middle of the competition? Can anyone show me an official statement / press release / document by FIVB stating that there would have been promotions and relegations of teams between the 2017 and the 2018 World League? (I only found mentions for 2015-16 and 2016-17 promotions, but nothing for 2017-18) Or did you guys assume that the rules were the same but without checking?

last news is that vollebal organization will decide after the end of elite competition

 

Actually they took the decision few months ago even before the start of 2017 World League. I think most (if not all) national federations were also aware of that. they don't make it public to keep level 2 and 3 competition interesting for this year.

 

btw I agree this is not fair for Slovenia (and Belgium)
