Apparently, Malawi and Liechtenstein might get it. The question is: Do they REALLY need make that MQS? Back in 2012 we had the same MQS standards and yet Iraqi girl received a wild card despite being a long, long way from MQS... Probably San Marino didn't have MQS too.
