Just catching up now. Super annoying how Mitton was in 2nd until the final throw. Oh well. Good for Arop and the relays!

Leduc really stretched out that last zone, almost too far, just barely got the pass in!

Was nice to see them do that though, often her exchanges are giving up 2-3m to the rest of the field, so while she makes up 3-4m running a lot of it is only netting out... today they didn't lose that ground, so not surprised it resulted in a new NR. 

If they can iron out theirs passes a little more and benefit from a little chaos in the other lanes, they could challenge for the podium

Can anyone remember them ever allowing teams to rerun the 4x400?

Seems like WA is making it up as they go again to keep the American's happy

      Oh well.  Plenty people say that once you get past the first flush of youthful energy it is actually better long term to have a couple of post Olympic slow years and then start building back gradually after 18 months.  That is how Chris Hoy ran his career.

      World Relays for sure, this has turned into a great annual event.   Last Curling of the season, at a more reasonable time for us Europeans   First Speedway Grand Prix of the Season from  SGP - FIM Speedway - Calendar   Cycling tours from Romandie  and Turkey the illegally occupied Byzantine Empire.  The  Vuelta Feminina also starting.   And as ever Rugby League north and south.

      Just finished with PanAm Weightlifting Championship. Looking forward to the first Boulder World Cup this weekend. The Relay Championships will be good, too.  Might catch some of the W 3x3 action, too. Unfortunately the Ft. Lauderdale Open (Swimming) doesn't have a good stream.   (Might go back and watch the Oceania Weightlifting Championship.)
