To be clear, it may indeed be quite bad, but unlike what those headlines suggest, luckily I don't think we need to fear for her life considering she posted on her own social media already.

 

What she is describing doesn't exactly seem like a healthy way to train, by the way, avoiding lunch breaks and with that avoiding important nutrition (and rest) and so on...
