I wonder how many Mexicans played for Mexico? Or just a bunch of US-born players? ;)

Names sounds Mexican to me... maybe apart Alejandra Radcliffe

https://www.iihf.com/en/events/2025/ww18iib/teams/roster/61679/mexico

Also majority of them play for Osos Mexico City

While, it is quite hard to find more informations about them, at least through their social media they look pretty proud to represent the flag, so I assume they are very well Mexicans

Unlike Mexican softball team, most of the ice hockey players are born in Mexico.

However, since ice rinks are only found in posh municipalities and the cost of the gear/training, some of them have non spanish surnames, being descended from US and European immigrants, plus the odd born and raised in Mexico US citizen.
