Summer Olympic Games Los Angeles 2028 Qualification Systems Road to LA 2028

I have a question about the Volleyball qualification, because I can' find anything about it in the document (though maybe I'm blind). What has priority? The World Championships or the Continental Championships? Meaning if an NOC qualifies through both, will the next rank team from the COntinentals or from the World Championships qualify?

The document says "The qualification events are listed in chronological order of qualification". So the Continental Championship have priority and if the team is already qualified, the next best team should qualify through the World Championship.

Thank you. I thought chronological order just means, that the Continental Qualifiers take place first, which they do, namely a year earlier. But given that nothing else is stated, it makes sense that they have priority as well.

Actually you are right, I copy-pasted that but I was thinking "hierarchy" instead of "chronological", but actually no hierarchy is mentioned at all. Maybe @JoshMartini007 can help with this?
