Because they are in 1:59-2:00 form in the 200m free, and that won’t cut it if we’ll want to be in the mix for the medals.

Taylor has been focussing on the 50/100m - TBH I don't think Penny is in shape for a 200m right now, I think she would have been faster than O'Croinin though.

200 fly is one of the toughest events in swimming, and she has a tough Olympic program, even for the youngsters that’ll get to you. 

 

I’m not saying she won’t be fast, because I’m sure she probably will, but I don’t think she’ll be producing any insane splits (I’d gladly be proven wrong)

He really doesn't look good here.

In all fairness Liendo's time here would have easily made the final in Tokyo and been 5th in the final. Yet he was 9th in the semis here.

The time was decent. It was just a really fast field. Hopefully the butterfly goes better.

100 fly is his most likely chance at a medal anyways.
