15 pt is a missed flag. I saw no issues on the live feed, nor anything on the scoreboard...

A NZ rider was given a 15pt MF penalty which was later removed (I would imagine on appeal) so I'm keeping my fingers crossed its removed.

Canter review ongoing from what BBC are reporting. Missed flag penalty is indeed the issue (horse jumping partly outside a white flag). Makes a big difference to the team standings (currently 4.8 clear of France, and not 19.8)
