There’s no Paralympic version of this, so I’ll just share my schedules here. 
 

September 1

1:30 AM: Goalball - Women’s Group Stage - :CAN v. :KOR
Right After: Rowing - Finals

4:30 AM: Wheelchair Rugby - Semifinals - :JPN v. :AUS
7:00 AM: gap to watch :LAT v. :FRA at the Ice Hockey Olympic Qualifier

During Period Breaks: Swimming - Afternoon Session

10:00 AM- 12:00 PM: Athletics - Afternoon Session
12:30 PM: Wheelchair Basketball - Women’s Group Stage - :CAN v. :ESP
 

Edit: Oh and I watched both bronze medal matches at the Beach Volleyball U20 World Championships. 
 

September 2

11:30 PM: Triathlon - Finals (only started watching it now)

During: Athletics - Morning Session

4:30 AM: Wheelchair Rugby - Bronze Medal Match - Great Britain v. Australia

7:00 AM: Wheelchair Basketball - Men’s Group Stage - Canada v. Germany

Right After: Swimming - Afternoon Session

10:30 AM: Wheelchair Rugby - Gold Medal Match - United States v. Japan
