Dutch commentator is making the same mistake, but she did get that shot. She had +5, then there was that moment where she hit one target (like the footage showed) and missed one....took a bit longer than it was supposed to because she didn't originally get it, but it then moved to +6, as it should.

 

Then Chadid hit 2 to go to +7 and really end any doubt.

No, it was not   At first it was, but the decision was changed before Chadid shot her two last shots (as the graphics showed by moving from +5 to +6)

 

Counting that one where Rutter hit a tiny piece (which was counted, just a bit later than normal), she hit 6 out of 8 targets in the shoot off, Chadid hit 7.
