So it is true what they say, in the Olympics every place means something to someone.

Of course :p

Besides personal goals, every country has their rewards for different things and to a different extent.

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

Just to confirm again that it was not Pidcock's fault.

That's from the section before, which the TV coverage didn't show. When Tom had suddenly caught Victor. I wondered what had happened and now we know.

But what it shows me is that Victor was right on the limit - as was Tom! - and was capable of making the slight misjudgment because of it. Which is what happened on 'the pass' - he left the line open not thinking that Tom would go for it. Then when he realised that Tom *was* going for it, he tried to close the gap too late and then had to take avoiding action.

Unfortunate for him, but just a racing thing for me.

With the men's MTB complete, :LIE becomes the first country to complete its participation at Paris 2024.

It was great to see him finish, and with a wheelie for the crowd no less!
