Can anybody do some research if it's the first time in like forever when Norway doesn't top the medal table?

First time Norway had 10th place as best performance over all womens races, relay included )?!

 

Swedes just like the rest of the season terrible shootinjg and decent skiing. Only saved by yesterdays relays where the others were even worse

They didn't win three times in a row between 2015-2017 either That was Fourcade and Dorin-Habert/Dahlmeier heyday.

Norwegian women collapse might never be explained. I thought they would possibly struggle with Roeiseland and Eckhoff retiring, but their women looked really on form at the start of the season. Tandrevold also had a history of brilliant results in Nove Mesto, which lead me to blow valuable points on her in the prediction contest  I don't know what happened to them here, but the French seemed very ready to capitalise on that.

It’s the first time I remember (25 years watching) when the №2-ranked Norwegian woman has not stepped up to be amongst the best after the previous №1 retired.

Agreed, but tough to see only 4 countries and Lisa in the mix once more. Just wanna see some decent results from Czechia, Austria or Finland sometimes
