Has the ICF release anything confirming the quotas? Wikipedia keeps pushing for Cook Islands getting the quota but I havent found it confirmed anywhere else

I think that the only quota the ICF confirmed when they covered the event in their reporting was Brodie Crawford in the Men's C1:
