Not a  bad performance from Indian boats across the rowing heats. We can expect good medal hauls this time too. Particularly pleasing is the performance of LM2X crew , finishing 2nd in their heat (4th overall across 2 heats) . LM2X will have 2 olympic quota places in the Asian qualifying regatta.

Compared to 2020, in 2024 an NOC can qualify two boats in Continental regattas instead of one. So Asian Games can be a good indicator of how quotas India can attain

Yes, our best bet will be in LM2X & Single sculls (men ). 
Will be great if we can qualify 2 boats & 3 athletes. 
Last time we qualified 2 boats for Tokyo but because of that rule of 1 boat per NOC in continental regatta, we could only send LM2X boat & single sculler missed out.
