We are a bunch of losers in the team events. Never deliver when it matters the most. Same thing that happened four years ago in Budapest.

I don't think that they will be able to pass Italy in the ranking, so their only chance is that Italy overtakes Korea (i.e. direct quotas for Hungary, Italy and France)

you mean if there will be an re-allocation if e.g. France is in Top4 in all or at least 5 team rankings?

Yes, this actually happened. The ECh silver medalist  is out in the R32 against . Their chances of qualification is greatly reduced.
