Just now, AlFHg said:

Madison is always a mystery to me. Why did UCI choose it as new Olympic event? Elimination race is easier, faster and funnier... I'm so confused I don't even know if "funnier" is correct in English:facepalm:

Tradition still has a place in sports and the madison is definitely one of track cycling's core events (even though personally I'm not a big fan of it).

    • Who wins today? Johaug and Klaebo???   No  or  flags on the start so i cheer for Jasmi Joensuu  she’s the girl to watch this season, mind my words
    • Sarcastically of course, cheering for the fact she basically received no punishment     Tennis and football are jokes in terms of combatting doping.
    • Excited as always   My main thought was "alright, only 18 countries in the women's race and apparently no wildcards for anyone, that's decent news"
