France is not pre-qualified, so it will have to finish as the best non-qualified boat at the European Championchips to get the quota.

What will happen if e.g. Germany wins the maximum of quotas via K4 and K2? Will place 7 get the quota if Germany finishes in Top6 in K1?

Csipes for example is in the Hungarian K4 boat, and unless a literal disaster happens for us, she will be in qualifying position in both K4 and K1. Meaning that the K1 quota will be reallocated. Didnt they also change rule about one athlete-multiple boat? I think that i read something like that. But reallocations are certain..

As far as I know the same kind of rule applies to qualification, the quota in the smaller boat gets reallocated in that event, as long as they can fill a new boat if we are talking about K2/C2. Thanks for the clarification. There is a also a rule that 9 athletes per gender can qualify, 6 in kayak, 3 in canoe. Thats why i made a mistake.
