I am already anxious about the Men's K4 SF. Hungary, Slovakia, and Czech Republic should qualify from the third SF, but I would never underestimate Serbia in any sport.

Let's see how the K4 can go, because those two are the most important events at this WCh. Just by looking at the times in the heats...

Australia only needs to reach the B final to get the Oceanian quota, same goes for Canada with the American quota if Argentina won't be in the Top18. With this lineup above one European boat wouldn't get a quota in the A final, and Japan would get the Asian quota. The Asian quota is clearly between Japan and China.

 

Women's

So this would mean that the winner of the B final also gets a quota. China, Canada and New Zealand are likely taking the continental quotas. 

 

Edit: But obviously these races will be incredibly close. Specially the men's SF1 and SF2 races.

btw, will Japan's host quota be reallocated in Men's K1 1000m if the get a quota in K4? I think last time that was the case with Brazil, but the current document says...

So it doesn't specify if obtaining the quota means that they get at least one quota in Men's kayak or that they get one in Men's K1 1000m.

I just realized something. If Carrington finishes in the Top5 in K1 500m (which is likely), Lucz will get a quota in K1 200m with the reallocation.
