Nah, betting on luge (and bobsleigh/skeleton) is usually only possible during the Olympics at the international bookmakers and even then only on a few of them. During World Cup seasons I've only ever seen it at Russian Marathonbet. Taubitz might not drive as perfectly as Geisenberger, she'll be the top German athlete which is always an advantage and she's still just better than most others.

He doesn't want to be a bad prophet, but for the entire toboggan society, Germany should stop developing its technological progress for some time.

Also no Sandra Robatscher in at least the first half of the season, due to injury.

:ITA Emanuel Rieder is out indefinitely because of a broken finger in his left foot...:facepalm:

after Robatscher, Italy lose for quite a while another piece of their (already slim) puzzle...

not the start of the season we expected...:nopompom:

What part of the puzzle would Rieder have been though? He's behind both Fischnaller's normally, so in terms of the relay it doesn't matter much and frankly I doubt it'll have much influence on Italy's general World Cup performance..

surely he's not our top guy (luckily we have someone better than him), but he's one of the 3 safe starters in our men's team...now we only have 2 left (unless Zoeggeler changes his mind and goes with youngster Theo Gruber...but he normally doesn't like to rush his plans...and Gruber is not yet a world cup team full member)...

Apparently :RUS closed Paramonovo. I was under the impression that it was still used, but it hasn’t been used in the last few years apparently.

It was deemed too unsafe to keep it going. ;)
