Yeah, Slovenia will play the winner of Group E most likely (if Czech Republic doesn't beat Turkey) so that's somewhat more manageable than playing the hosts Germany.

 

At least both teams advanced here, unlike 2018 World Cup where more yellow cards meant Senegal was eliminated in favor of Japan.

Yeah I saw that too, but I guess VAR decided that this touch is not a faul, because they showed us another replay as penalty (when Hagi is touched for the second time, which is on the line). If this is the reason of the penalty, then yes, we've been lucky, but they showed the foul on the line as the main reason.
