The host organisers have arranged for the national delegations to be placed throughout the following regions and towns and have grouped them in teams (in bold at the top of each group is the team's name. the left column in white is the state they're located and in the right column in green is the town's name). The 2 member team will consist of the hosts and a "special guest of honour". So the nation that draws Tequila as their base will form the "Tapatio" team with Mexico and will be treated as their guests of honour during their stay. The order they get sorted out, determines their position in the relay (1 to 4).
