Alpine Skiing FIS World Cup 2022 - 2023

Recommended Posts

But seriously, Bortnuczuk said in interview on Monday’s przegląd that we want 2034 winters and we are able to do world cup and he didn’t mention any co-host

we will apparently launch a rocket to the moon as well 💪

How many roads are there between Zakopane and Poprad??? 😉👍

There currently 1, but you have to pass through Nowy Targ, which is more important destination for casual Slovaks than Zakopane :p

Honest question: is there a place to host alpine skiing downhill event in Tatra Mountains on Slovakian side? Or somewhere else in Slovakia?

Anyway,

SVK - half of hockey matches, downhill, w slalom

POL - half of hockey, ski jumping, cross-country, speed skating,

in Kraków figure skating and short track

the rest is Open to discussion, i would like to see biathlon and snowb giant slalom here in POL though…

it is a joke ofc

would be nice but i don’t see it coming in the next 20 years…

AND WE DON’T HAVE REAL WINTER HERE ANYMORE

Only ice hockey fans probably know a city like Nowy Targ (New Market) even exists

Yeaj, obviously all of alpine skiing would have to be held in Slovakia. The Nosal hill is probably even in worse shape than Harrachov right now. We'll take the ski jumping part
