The history books shows us, that the last  women's GS WC win comes from Kathy Kreiner in January 6th 1974 in Pfronter.

 

And she also won the GS at the 1976 Olympic Games in  Innsbruck (which also counts as a World Championship gold)

A bit late but yes, I can confirm Kreiner won the last WC W GS in 74
