What's the next big multi sports games for the year?

Assuming my personal calendar is up to date, there's a break until October. The Central American Games and Asian Youth Games due up next.

October 18 October 30 Central American Games
October 22 October 31 Asian Youth Games
November 7 November 21 Islamic Solidarity Games
November 15 November 26 Summer Deaflympics
November 22 December 7 Bolivarian Games
December 9 December 20 SEA Games

The next edition of the African Youth Games might also be in December, but I can only find limited information about it.

Asian Youth Games is fine. Islamic & SEA games should be interesting.

Last time for Central American Games was 2017 Managua, Nicaragua with 32 sports. 42 sports this time in Guatemala City.

Abuja and Ahmedabad are the two bids for the 2030 Commonwealth Games. I mean its better than no games right? :p

Given that it is pretty much an open secret that India wants to host an Olympics before long, it would make sense to have a 'warm up' hosting the CGs.

How is that Boxing, Fencing, Wushu and Camel Race Icon? I would never be able to predict that seeing those icons.

Fencing is like head of racquet, Boxing and Wushu are vertical lines, I mean this isn't even close.

What struck me during the presentations is Rio's proposed budget is almost double Ascuncion's.

    • Honestly, I think you guys have a much better chance of success here than we do. It's already difficult to maintain this sport, and with this ridiculous format this year, things have gotten even worse. Years and years participating in the elite and we haven't been able to evolve; it was just a waste.

    • Another weak result for our athletics team, which is typical; without Caio or Alisson, our chances of a medal in any high-level tournament are almost zero.   However, Juliana's result in the women's pole vault was a great 7th place. She is improving rapidly and still has a lot of room for growth.

    • some changes in the team and less importance to the sport, the two big teams until 2022/2023 ( and ) in south america started to decrease a lot and in the other hand the 3rd in South America () is growing a lot, is really impressive. We are currently the favourites for the LA2028 quota
