How many of the quotas the NOC's will accept. Did a quick calculation based on which athletes are qualified by ranking or time or included in the team pursuit. So for example, even though the Czech Republic has 4 total male quotas, only one athlete will be selected because Jilek will skate all the events. -
expected is because 4th world cup should be included. -
What do you mean by "expected" quota ? How many skaters the NOC will eventually register ? -
Where do you get this table from? Do you make it yourself or is there an article which includes this one? -

It's not a coincidence that a lot of the matches that are earlier in the day are in Atlanta and Houston and Dallas where they have roofs. And most of the games in the outdoor stadiums are later in the day. -

The best athletes will all be there anyway – it's easier to get a spot in the top 10-15. Only the great champions were ahead of Gismondi today. -
