19 year-old (I believe) Matthew Uliana with a HUGE PB in men's hammer throw (70.81m) at Nationals. His previous best was 63.98m, which means he bettered his previous best mark by almost 7m.

Bingham 11.14 in heat one of the women's 100m! Only 0.01 off her PB, and 0.07 off the OQS!

Third round improves it to 77.43m. 

 

Fun Fact: This year she's been over 76m in all 10 of her competitions, and over 77m in 6 of them.
