Does anyone know which results will be used or better said from which period to calculate ibu qualifying points next week?

i assume it will be all results from this season plus full last year season or part of last season? If parts of last season which period?

looks like friday could be a lot of fun; the relay could determine who gets to send a relay team.  Bulgaria vs. Kazakhstan.  Have to dive into the numbers to see who has a better chance to improve their score, but I would say that it is unlikely that KAZ will be able to improve by 42 points in one event.

So KAZ needs a 13th place finish in the relay to gain enough points (50), but BUL improves their score if they finish above 18th.  If KAZ starts off well it will be a lot of fun to watch to the end.

https://www.biathlonresults.com/ gives a listing, but you have to look through the list.  It is sortable by country.  Wikipedia is maintaining a list as well. It would be out of date likely because China moved into the top 20 today.

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
    • Today : Jordan 3-0 Egypt  This team will surprise us
    • option no.2 for sure, as it's been all this shitstorm organized by the nhl owners through their embedded reporters   ps not that the north american audience looks really aware of the hockey rules and habits outside the nhl (and around their game, too, since they look not to know that just a couple of weeks ago they played 2 nhl matches on an ice sheet of the exact same size of Milan's olympic arena)
    • Are we supposed to take Daly's word for it or is this just public posturing to try and shame the Milan organizers (which they certainly deserve for all the delays) in order to threaten NHL participation?
    • Well that was a disappointing opening ceremony. Not to mention the boss is late too...   Anyway this is another victim of bureaucracy, the initial creative director quit in October and we get this kind of show.   Original plan: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/17EVayTpig/
    • Japan missed their last shot with hammer in the 10th last night against the Philippines for them to stay alive.  USA's remaining 2 games are against Philippines and Netherlands, so they have a tough road ahead, although they've already beaten Japan, so that helps for tiebreaker purposes.
