I have a problem with  Ma Jinbao because he isn't listed on the Road to Paris ranking. If he's ineligible for some reasons, his place would be passed to  Lam Siu Hang.

Oh, I missed it earlier and  Roger Wang got the Oceania ranking quota as the replacement of the Alfred Dela Pena's declined one from the Oceania Qualification Tournament.

 Roger Wang declined the Oceanian quota. It has been reallocated to world #276  Vicky Wu.
