Where did you get the info? Btw, did World Aquatics officially release the list of swimmers qualifying for Paris 2024?

World Aquatics sent out an email to all national federations 2 months ago saying that no B cut swimmers may qualify.

 

Turns out it couldn't be further from the truth.

They do. Chelius has a time of 24.78 from 16th April 2023 which is inside the time of 24.82 and Thomasberger has a time of 1.55.85 from the 15th April 2023 which is inside the time of 1.56.36.

I've figured it out. Chelius's time is from the 2023 South African National Championships. Thomasberger's time is from the Q!-Cup. Neither of them were approved Olympic Qualifying meets unfortunately.

@Cinnamon Bun @Topicmaster1010 Are there any chances also for other Polish swimmers to get yet quota by OTC or rather not. Also, when final list is expected to be announced?

I think Paulina Peda could get an invite in the women's 100m butterfly.

 

In Tokyo, the final list came out 10 days before the start of the swimming competition. Hopefully it comes out earlier this year.

Many large nations set stringent standards at the trials. Most swimmers ended up in relays which would cost the numbers of swimmers in the individual events.

Peda (100m Fly) and Sieradzki (200m Free) can both still get invited to compete individually via OCT. Both have a decent chance but Peda is more likely than Sieradzki due to her higher rank.

How about for the men’s 50m freestyle and men’s 100m breaststroke? Who receives the fastest OCT?
