Does anybody know, (as I can't find anywhere PDF document with qualification rules) if an already qualified country, in the team event, via World Championships will be first in Continental Championships then will take that continental spot or quota will be reallocated to next highest ranked not qualified country yet from that continent or it will be reallocated to highest not qualified yet country at World Championships?

Do not count for reallocation for Poland, Egypt and Australia will take this quota for sure. If not next teams at this events. IF not WC 2023.

@JoshMartini007 @thiago_simoes?

Take the Americas qualification event for example: Brazil (already qualified in the group event) finished first, but the quota went to the second-highest group at the Pan Am Games, Mexico. If Poland wants to qualify, they need to be the best group among non-qualified nations at the European Championships.

So, the only groups that can be ahead of Poland are: :BUL:ISR:ESP:ITA:UKR:FRA.

Now, if :GER is the best non-qualified group, then :AZE will get the reallocation spot through the World Championships. Either way, Germany has already qualified because they take the reallocation spot anyway, but if they get the quota at Euros, then the reallocation spot goes to Azerbaijan.

Are you sure with this Germany?

Yes. :FRA was guaranteed a group quota because they are the hosts, but they already qualified through the World Championships. The quota goes next to the best-ranked group at the World Championships, which is the group from :GER.

However, qualifying at the European Championships takes priority, so if :GER finishes ahead of any other unqualified group (Azerbaijan, Poland, Greece, Finland, Hungary, Estonia, for example), then :GER takes the continental quota. The reallocation will then go to the next best group at the World Championships, which would be :AZE.

So, :POL has to finish ahead of any unqualified nation to take the quota. :GER has already qualified, but if they finish ahead of any unqualified nation, then :AZE takes the reallocation spot. :AZE is the only country that can have a bad day and still qualify if :GER has a fantastic day.

I get this scenario, but I cannot see this part of priority in official  document, because Germany its  offficialy qualified and only non qualified nation could get the quota

    • so, the 2025 season is officially over, after the World Cup Finals have been completed with the Shotgun events, where (once again!!!) a new format for the final stage of each event has been experimented for the first time (before it becomes a regular feature in the next season)   the new format enlarge the starting field in each event's final stage to 8 shooters and dramatically shortens the number of target shots to decide the placings   the only characteristic remaining is the progressive eliminations principle   now, as written above, 8 shooters make the final, where after only 12 targets the eliminations start: by then, the last 2 shooters must leave the competition (7th and 8th ranked)   after 12 more targets (24 in total), 2 more shooters have to leave the final (5th and 6th ranked)   then, the crazy carousel starts: every 4 targets we have a new elimination  so, after 28 targets, the 4th ranked shooter is done; after 32 targets the bronze medallist is known and after only 36 targets (provided there's no need for a shoot-off), compared to the previous 60, the gold and silver medallists are crowned   I guess the tiktok people with the attention span of a chinchilla have won once again
