      Aicher really blew a big chance with those 2 mistakes in Val di Fassa last week, given how strong she was today.   Still, if she becomes consistently competitive in GS, and I'm sure she will, she will have plenty of chances in the next few years.

      Laegreid has set a new record for the largest winning margin in a World Cup pursuit.   The previous record belonged to Ole Einar Bjørndalen, who won in Hochfilzen in 2006 with 2.08 minutes over Dmitri Yaroshenko.
