  5. Canada is officially qualified to the Quarterfinals despite todays result. Basically they can not be eliminated anymore. Slovakia and Denmark will play for the last spot. The funny thing is that even Slovak eventual win in Regulation Time will not be enough if Canada decide tomorrow to rise its national embarassement also by losing to France in Regulation Time. In this case a mini-table of the 3 nations will be needed : so far CAN-SVK 5-1, DEN-CAN 3-2 which means CAN 3 points (Score +3), DEN 3 Points (Score +1) and SVK (calculating obviously only matter if we win over DEN in Regulation Time) would be 3 points (Score -4) This also mean we have to beat Demark by at least 3 goals, in this case we would qualify no mater if CAN will continue its sleep also against France later tomorrow.

  8. Man that is some history or better Nelson Debenedet and Bobby Mano
  9. I feel your pain. Even worse that this time Italy played quite well, much better than in Bratislava where they paradoxically succeeded to avoid the relegation... Your guys can really regret that last 30 seconds against France Anyway it may hurts now I am pretty sure, but I am also quite sure if the lads will play next year like this year Italy will be back pronto among the elite in 2024
  10. Complete meltdown of in the last 10 minutes Relegated
  11. Will GB do it again ? Austria who beat the Czechs for the first time ever are 20 minutes from relegation and the Brits who literally saved their asses in the last 10 minutes of the tournament in 2019 miraculously returning from 0-3 to 3-3 against France and winning in the overtime and send the French to Division I. Now GB is again after losing all previous games somehow miraculously 20 minutes from another miracle on ice

  18. I somehow missed the info, since I am like 24/7 in hockey right now, but Marek Hamšík (arguably considered as one of the best ever slovak player, if not the best alongside of the likes of Moravčík or RIP Dubovský) announced his NT retirement... That means sadly pretty sure a long period of not qualifying anywhere to come, but the day had to arrive soon or later. Thank you #17 Marek for everything, your football IQ and your mohawk will stay forever in our history books as our true legend.
