  1. The only reasonable decision. It already lost all regularity yesterday. But the thing that will be remembered is clearly the complete fail of both IIHF and the organizing committee. Just imagine. kids had to be in Red Deer by 15th december isolated etc... All were super happy to play his tournament in Canada, the land of this sport, super excited, all vaxed, all doing everything to keep healthy and complied with regulations and measures... but then arrived and... boom, accomodated in hotels with general public played 2 matches, some teams only 1 and then after christmas learnt the tournament is cancelled and can fly home but again. Only fair and reasonable decision. Sad, extremely sad but fair
  2. Seriously. The whole planet will laugh of this organization
  3. The referees will have to wear masks during the whole matches. How the hell they are supposed to whistle ? but yeah, the directoriate is already discussing right now, It may end only by one result. a cancellation of the tournament.

  5. Yes, I just found the info and was just going to post it... "Slovakia won by forfait over Russia, their team must go to isolation" Unbelievable, seriously embarassing. Just cancel the tournament or move it to another place. This already past the total absurdity It is only the 4th day of the tournament and already 3rd forfaited match...
  6. At this point they realy should just cancel this. This tournament already lost all credibility yesterday by that 3 points awarded to for the same reason.

  14. Yeah that was what I thought, but was definitely not sure and would be really sad for you if I made you lose so many money points. I would played the same being on your place, def would not risk this one neither.
  15. Slovaks going all nuts in discussions forums and different medias... no one can blame them. Totally stupid decision, completely disgusting and unfair to influence the tournament this way. Insane. I am personally still in shock. Completelly gutted. I literally have no words. Now I am pretty sure we will have some positive players in the next days as well since we are the only one who played them two days ago...then Sweden will be the next since we played them yesterday... Fantastic idea to accomodate the teams of the tournament in a tourist open hotel. They should have a "bubble" like last year in Edmonton and everyting would be fine, but noooo, this was not necessary...
  16. Man I always thought it was Yellowstone lol
  17. so now lets hope this basket was from Montana then
  18. oh man it may be either Idaho or Montana I believe One of them for sure, now just figure which one is the good one, but since the park is located on Wyoming extreme north-west I would assume Montana has more parts of it so by this logic the smallest part should be in Idaho... But not entirely sure I mean...at all I mean
  19. Good thing Danny you did not ask me in this one as I know only the female major Houlihan from MASH
  20. Sure. Just beep me when needed.
  21. So a quick look to the tournament format tie-breakers... 1) USA forfeiting to SUI with the score 0:1 means that if we lose to RUS tomorrow we have to (first believe in SWE win over SUI in regulation time) AND then win in regulation over SUI by 2 or more goals difference to qualify for QF 2) Should SVK win by only 1 goal difference we will need to score at least 2 goals
  22. Unbelievable. Absolutely disgusting. I'm terribly pissed. I swear if the Swiss will advance to the quarterfinals at our expense thanks to this crap 3 points ... Slovakia will probably bring the whole IIHF to court
  23. Switzerland won against USA by forfait 1-0 becuase of 2 positive cases in team Now this is a huge unfair move toward our team... SUI has suddenly 3 points they would probably never won on the ice and our road to the quarterfinals received a enormous obstacle ! Fuck this shit !
