Yep, it's Mozzarella not cheese.. if a Pizzeria will use a cheese on the pizza i think that we'll a riot I'm from Campania, where the pizza is born.. in really i'm from Salerno and we usually use Provola (it's like Mozzarella, a bit better ) Mozzarella Provola -
