I put the 400m free in 2nd because she's the current world record holder. For the 200m Butterfly, I have no idea what form Regan Smith will be in so I put it 4th for now. We'll get a better idea in a few days at Worlds.

Fun fact: We are on page 7 of comments in this thread and it's only been 3 days of competition. During the 2022 world championships, there were literally only 7 COMMENTS in total

I only know a little bit about water polo. I'm not really expecting anything from the men's team. They'll definitely lose to Italy, probably lose to France and not sure how they'll do against China. I think the women should be able to get one of the top two spots in their group alongside Hungary. If that happens, they can probably make the quarterfinals. Anything else would be a bonus.

a question for all the diving experts: is there anyone at this competition that's capable of winning a gold medal that isn't Chinese?
