  1. And the team classification for Roompot please.
  2. Yeah and I also hope Ramon Sinkeldam wins the mountain jersey and Alejandro Valverde wins the white jersey
  3. Decent 118th place for Kittel.
  4. Until a miracle happens and he makes Sagan lose the green
  5. He predicted Groenewegen?
  6. He is definitely one of the world's best sprinters this year, but I didn't expect him on this tough finish
  7. Good chance for Sagan again with this finish.
  8. At least he gets attention and probably the red numbers for tomorrow
  9. Fantastic, went to put my sports clothes in the laundry right when the climb happened so I missed it.
  10. I had not seen that before I mostly know him from a year suspension and being involved in a road rage fight last year for which he was convicted by court
  11. Come on guys, this is a really dangerous group with huge engines like Lampaert and Vermote
  12. Oh poor Thomas Degand, went on the early attack with 230km to go and nobody joined him I'd ask Hilaire to put on some music in my earphones and make it an extra long training

  14. Nope, but I'll ask on a Dutch forum. I do know that they didn't find a main sponsor, so they're depending on many small local sponsors. The good news is that ticket sales are going well, the match against Cuba is almost sold out already (3000 people) and 75% of the sky boxes have already been booked. Basically it needs to be a financial succes (or at least not a loss) or else it's probably over, since this is most likely the last chance for the tournament.
  15. Weird that Dumoulin got it or weird that Fuglsang didn't? Because just to clarify: basically everyone in the Netherlands, from fans to media, agrees that they are right to give Dumoulin the penalty (which was more or less a tactical decision probably, now he lost 20 seconds with that, but without stayering he might have lost much more)
  16. Great, because when you're going to a stadium with 60.000 people dressed in a bikini with a golden crown on your head and flags on your face and waving flags in your hand jumping up and down as high as you can, the last thing you want is for people to see you
  17. By the way, odd time penalty for Dumoulin. He deserved the penalty for stayering behind the car, no doubt, but less than 20km earlier Fuglsang and half the Astana team did the exact same thing...I would suppose they got the same penalty, but strangely I've heard nothing about it..
  18. Hold your horses, there's a mountain in the middle.
  19. Still one day behind with watching (just finished yesterday's evening session). The commentator after Zohri won: "History has been made! The first ever Indonesian gold medal......in the men's 100 meters.....in the U20 World Championships!" I really don't think the main bit of history here is "the first Indonesian ever to win the 100 meter in the U20 worlds" Had they ever won any medal at all, any event? Or even any age category?
  20. This is a bigger upset than Germany not qualifying for the knock-out stage.
  21. The Tour de Suisse is already sort of nicknamed the fourth Grand Tour
  22. Don't get me wrong: I don't dislike it, I just don't see why this huge stuff in huge letters couldn't be put in a spoiler, so those who want to scroll their way through it only have to make 1 click. I'm not saying "don't post it", just "it doesn't need to take 2 full screens of space"
  23. Viet-Nam 'Chinese' was too long to write?
