  1. List of Olympic dressage judges (1912-2016). https://www.eurodressage.com/2020/07/05/olympic-dressage-judges-officiating-olympic-games-1912-2016 Perhaps something for Olympedia? @Dragon
  2. I was 11 at the time. He entered like 4 races. Nevertheless, I will always remember Yuji Ide and his driving.
  3. Suspected case of bubonic plague reported in China.
  4. Yes, thanks to that last lap he did. Before that it was over 5 seconds.
  5. Ooops. Looks like my stream was a little off the pace.
  6. Nah. Hamilton's penalty is basically insignificant (so much for FIA not helping his cause?).
  7. How old is Albon, 12? That was childlish.
  8. I wonder if Stroll has a single fan out there? I barely follow this, and yet even I know he is not exactly popular?
  9. Verstappen should be commended for his proper social distancing.
  10. I can see some country codes on the left hand side.
  11. Remco Verstappen is out.
  12. are doing well so far. are languishing at the back.
  13. Kanye West will run for president. Kim Kardashian West will be the first lady.
  14. Has Yemen invented reusable tests or something? They have 1200 confirmed cases from 120 tests.
  15. I used to wonder why it got removed, but hearing this I'm glad it did. That's not to say the current program has no dangerous events. Javelin throwers for example basically spend their entire career destroying their arms.
  16. Finally they have arrived. "These trading cards will be worth almost nothing someday." - T. Skujins. Nevertheless, this my first signed item from an actual Olympian.
  17. And how are parties, restaurants, sports any different as infection-breeding grounds than protests? They may be held indoors, sure, but to an incomparably lower extent than mass outdoors gatherings (during which people often got packed like sardines judging by the photos from Washington and other places). And I disagree about your common sense statement. Just like the virus is not sleeping during late-night parties, it is most definitely not sleeping during social unrests either. Common sense also tells me that scholarly works can be subjective when dealing with sensitive issues like this one (as in made to support certain claims whatever they may be). You can get persecuted for any kind of claims against these protests. This is America we are talking about, after all.
  18. Also, places like Italy and Spain relaxed their measures too. And yet nobody's numbers went off the charts (and even to record highs!) just a month later like it did in the US.
  19. To be honest, you needn't go any further than common sense. Washington saw the largest protests in 50 years. Ergo the virus went rampant.
  20. Pretty sure you can find scholarly work which suggests the contrary. The virus can spread even when you are wearing masks and keeping distance, so at that point it all turns into grey area. Staying at home and keeping social distance undoubtedly helps though. My point being, just because someone is fighting for a cause, that doesn't make them any less prone to making poor judgements regarding the spread of the virus. These protests will likely cause hundreds if not thousands of lost lives.
  21. 55k new cases in the US yesterday, compared to 20k/day rate from few weeks ago. So much for BLM protestors being all perfect, fighting for the cause and protecting the public's health all at the same time.
  22. Elections coming up in Croatia Sunday. People positive for COVID-19 will not be allowed to vote.
  23. Welp, among other things, she is the last survivor of the four leads from Gone With the Wind.
  24. Dame Olivia de Havilland turned 104 today.
