  1. That is correct. Lithuania would have been a big contender but their third horse was not fit to compete. Czechia and Estonia have enough to field teams but their chance would have been slim to none. Ukraine fell of the dressage map completely after 2021. And finally Russia (Tokyo 2020 qualifier) and Belarus are not allowed to enter.
  2. Another good result for Belgium. Looks like they will not be missing the Olympics this time. In all likelihood, one of will claim the Nations Cup quota. is not doing so well and others are not present. One of BEL/ITA/NED could still miss out on the Olympics should ESP/DEN/AUT/FIN pull a great European Championships performance. Austria in fact has a very solid basis to do so.
  3. Pretty disasterous for Japan but they can still bounce back. They should be pretty good in the show jump. And another bad championship performance for poor Yoshi Oiwa...
  4. Entries: Hungary Aniko Komjathy-Losonczy (Dior S) Benedek Pachl (Donna Friderika) Berill Szoke Toth (Qatar) Jazmin Yom Tov (Hexagon's Grandville) Israel Nicola Louise Ahorner (Foco Loco) Micah Deligdish (Handsome C) Amit Kovos (Cupido) Gon Solt (Bonnaquiqui) Poland Mateusz Cichon (Herzregent) Magdalena Jura (Ron) Zaneta Skowronska-Kozubik (Romantic P) Marta Sobierajska (Ultrablue de Massa)
  5. So no Lithuania sadly. Looks like Sysojeva's ride was not ready to compete so that's that. Often the undoing of small teams. Also no Stremler for Poland. So overall it is looking very, very good for Hungary. Especially with Toth and Pachl on the team.
  6. ice dancers Soucisse/Firus have taken an easy way out and have switched to . Olympics guaranteed.
  7. @hckošice Just as I ordered, Bugan finally broke his longstanding freestyle PB yesterday in Munich. Surely there is still room for improvement, but it's a nice start. https://results.equestrian-hub.com/public/show/178692/competition/dressage/2341992
  8. I guess this is technically also the Group F/G championships, so that's why and are competing. But since the event is at 3* level, there will be no individual points on offer for the Olympic rankings. Needless to say this event is crucial for Australia. Olympic medal is on the line. No wonder they flew two horses from Australia just with this event in mind.
  9. Beautiful test from Pawel Warszawski to close the dressage and take over the lead on 29.70. Standings after dressage: 94.60 104.30
  10. It's still an important event for as the top 3 finishers will score major ranking points. Easily their biggest paycheck all year. Still a shame the Czech team fell apart so dramatically.
  11. When even the race walkers admit they actually run...
  12. Yes both are registered under Slovakia now. To have a shot at the Olympics, he will need to improve his freestyle scores which have always been disappointing. He regularly gets 69-70% for the technique, but freestyle PB still stands at measly 71.675%. He should really be getting around 75% there given the technical quality.
  13. Sandra Sysojeva & Jack Daniel's were quite active and scoring well for the past two seasons but have no starts this year.
  14. Especially when the "winner" is 99% legacy winner. This NEVER would have won otherwise.
  15. Nothing spells caring like the Danish jury awarding 8 to Finland, 10 to Norway and 12 to Sweden.
  16. So Finland is the real winner. Loreen can crawl back to her hole and then present the exact same Euphoria song in 2034. Pathetic.
  17. Really impressed by Albania. Finland and Austria were nice too. Loreen was terribly generic and uninspired.
  18. Huge PB/NR of almost 80% in the freestyle for Vanagaite & Nabab. @Bearas https://results.equestrian-hub.com/show/155543/dressage/2313036
  19. Three teams are entered: Czech and Hungarian selections are already known. Team Czechia Pavel Brezina (Cona Cia) Miloslav Prihoda Jr (Ferreolus Lat) Matej Sukdolak (Qaid) Miroslav Trunda (Trnka-Ruf) Team Hungary Noemi Viola Doerfer (Crystal Barney) Balasz Keizinger (Clover) Imre Toth (Zypresse) Poland remains the qualification favorite. Both Czechia and Hungary have interesting teams, but they will need a mistake from Poland, which is always possible in eventing.
  20. Dressage Group A - Group B - Group C - Groups D/E - Group F - Group G - Overall -
  21. I don't get this. Sure it's not Loreen or Italy, but I can't see Mama ŠČ! getting close to zero there.
