  1. Four x 52s in the women's 100m freestyle heats at Aussie trials and a PB for Wunsch. McKeon didn't look great.
  2. Apparently she has been sick leading into trials but I think she was already trending the wrong direction earlier in the season.
  3. Will be a major blow if he can't get things back on track.
  4. Let me know if I screwed anything up.
  5. Australian Olympic Trials: Day 3 Women's 200m Freestyle (SAQT: 1:56.49, OQT: 1:57.26): 1. Ariarne Titmus - 1:52.23 Q WR 2. Mollie O'Callaghan - 1:52.48 Q 3. Lani Pallister - 1:55.57 Q 4. Brianna Throssell - 1:55.74 Q =5. Shayna Jack - 1:56.22 Q =5. Jamie Perkins - 1:56.22 Q 7. Brittany Castelluzzo - 1:56.77 q 8. Meg Harris - 1:56.93 q Top two both under Mollie's old world record set in Fukuoka last year. Top 8 all under OQT. They will definitely take top six. Men's 800m Freestyle (SAQT: 7:45.80, OQT: 7:51.65) 1. Elijah Winnington - 7:44.90 Q 2. Sam Short - 7:46.52 q 3. Matthew Galea - 7:53.99 Short will still get to race this despite missing the SAQT because he's already on the team. Men's 50m Freestyle (SAQT: 21.88, OQT: 21.96) 1. Cam McEvoy - 21.35 Q 2. Ben Armbruster - 21.84 Q 3. Isaac Cooper - 21.97 Men's 200m Butterfly (SAQT: 1:54.97, OQT: 1:55.78) 1. Bowen Gough - 1:56.18 2. Harrison Turner - 1:57.07 3. Ruan Van Der Riet - 1:59.21 Very tough SAQT but no one was even able to get under the OQT in what is probably the weakest event for Australia. 6. Aside from women's 100 back and Toohey it was a very disappointing night. Ramsay is already on the team so she'll get to swim breast in the medley relay prelim. Top two in the men's 100 back will very likely be selected as it's a relay event and both are under the OQT. Neill was under the OQT in the 200 free so very likely he'll get the individual swim.
  7. Alex Perkins might get selected because of the relay but it's at the selectors' discretion. Honestly that event was a bit disappointing and has put the Australian medley relay in a bit of a spot. Kaylee's 200 IM was also a Commonwealth record taking down the record set my Siobhan-Marie O'Connor in Rio.
  8. Some more links for Australian trials starting on Monday (10th - 15th) Live results Program of events Selection criteria Live stream You'll need to use a VPN and sign up to watch the streams. I just tried my crappy PIA VPN that's often blocked by broadcasters and it worked fine so probably anything will work.
  9. Any other non-Americans watching NCAAs? If so how? I'm currently watching an Ace Stream but it's not great.
  10. Has South Korea finalised their roster yet?
  11. Lyles' top end speed was so much better but couldn't make up the deficit from the start.
  12. Went 24.74 in the 50 as well which is a little off her PB. She's gonna drop more in both at trials for sure. 9 days to go
  13. Confirms that the reports from Hungarian media were nonsense.
  14. Fun random fact: Emma McKeon and Daiya Seto were both born on the same day and turned 30 last week.
  15. If microdosed carefully it's almost impossible to detect so probably used widely.
  16. He's young enough that he can return and still have a fairly full career. A shady club in the US will probably even let him continue to train with them during the ban.
  17. Regan Smith just clocked 57.51 in the 100 back for her first PB in this event since she broke the world record in 2019. Gonna be a titanic battle for the gold in Paris.
  18. Is there an entry list for Ostrava?
  19. Cam Myers broke Jakob's 17 years mile "world best" and set an Australian U20 national record but you could hardly even see him during the broadcast because the focus was on the epic battle unfolding up front. Not that I'm complaining because I was cheering for Josh Kerr
  20. Moraa's tactics worked when they had an element of surprise to them but now she's just predictable.
