However there are still a few things I need to go through before then. 1. There is still a distinct possibility that will have to be withdrawn from the contest. @avlar has still not sent his Jury votes and if he still hasn't done so by end of play Saturday then I will be forced to withdraw from the contest. To prepare for this outcome, I will message all of the jurors who have voted for but haven't named a reserve to replace them with to name one incase this happens. I will also do this to anyone who is placed below in the voting order as will still be included in the draw and the opening ceremony. 2. The time for the closing ceremony is subject to change as it all depends on when the main contest finishes. 3. The festival of music is still open but will close at 8pm GMT tomorrow so if anyone wants to put in a last minute entry you've got till then to do so, remember it's a maximum of 4 countries per juror. 4. I need some volunteers for the draw, so if anyone would like to come forward and help draw it out that would be much appreciated. There will be 2 separate draws, one for the running order and one for the team comp, and the draw will commence in around 15 minutes time.

Unfortunately not, there's a possibility that it could be this Sunday but I'm still unsure on whether I'll have to push this back by another week. The draw will be held on Thursday at 8pm GMT though. Also I'm still waiting on votes from @avlar, so if anyone could try and get ahold of him then that'd be grand.

Announcement It is with regret that I have to postpone the final till at least 10th November. This is not a fixed date and is likely to be moved to the following week. The delay is due to jurors not having voted yet and preparations on the final weekend still not having been completed. The draw is still set to take place tomorrow but there is chance this could be moved day by day until preparations are complete. With this latest announcement @Gianlu33 and @LDOG if you would like to rejoin the contest with this recent change then you are more than welcome to do so.

I just need you to pick 2 teams from each of my tables once I've set them up, should be ready to go in 15 minutes (taking longer than I thought) and hopefully by then more people will volunteer so that we can get things moving quickly.

Announcement: @Glen has said he will be able vote later on tonight which means @avlar is the last one left to vote. If he doesn't vote by the start of the opening ceremony on Friday then I will regrettably have to remove from the contest. I will notify the relevant jury members who voted for and don't have any reserves listed of the situation. The draw will take place tomorrow at around 20:00 GMT with included in it. Also keep your festival of music entries coming, I'd like to get between 20 and 30 countries in this with each member allowed 4 picks.

Still waiting on @Glen, @avlar and @LDOG to vote, and if @Glen and @avlar haven't voted by tomorrow then there's a likelihood that I'll have to withdraw their nations from the contest.

I can only extend the voting period till Tuesday at the latest so that I have enough time to do the draw and prepare everything else for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Also, as I mentioned yesterday, the festival of music is now open for anyone who wishes to participate. I'll let each juror pick a maximum of four countries in order to get as many countries in there as possible. I'll get the ball rolling by choosing and .
