    Oh ok ... i thought you said it maybe because Franziska Preuß wasn't allowed to compete today and might be a bit moody. I agree, but the wind conditions don't really matter anyway, he would have never won a medal.

    Certainly not, way to slow on the course, i am sure that someone will beat her, although i never thought that Dahlmeier with 0 might lose against someone not named Domracheva, Kuzmina, Herrmann or Makarainen.

    Germans seem to be in horrible shape, i have never seen Herrmann and Dahlmeier being so slow. I have to say that i would be very happy with Vitkova or Wierer winning the gold.

    Smells like another random gold medal winner (possibly Olsbu). Can't say i am surprised that the norwegians are (apparently) in a great shape after being shit all season long.

    What will Kuzmina do after winning the gold? I guess she will pay tribute to her brother who, completely unwarranted, was banned by IOC.

    It's a miracle that she kept a clean sheet, but ... 1) Standing shooting will be a completely different thing 2) It took her like 2 minutes ... she lost at least 15-20 seconds compared to the top athletes there

    Everything but gold for Kuzmina (or a norwegian athlete) would be good for me, anything but gold for Kuzmina or Domracheva would be a huge surprise.

    Why? To me he always seems very arrogant + he doesn't look like an elite athlete, but maybe that's why you cheer for him ... ?

    I didn't know that the competition starts today ... i thought it was a training, so when i looked at it i thought: "Wow, good result for Ludwig, but it's only training", but now i think "Wow, bad result for Loch, hopefully he won't be the one who messes up the german gold medal sweep".

    Would be funny if Frisch would win a medal, always wondered why Korea bought her, but apparently it might pay off. Many people complained about Beijing hosting the 2022 winter olympics, but at least they won't buy athletes who have absolutely no relation to China to compete for them, unlike Russia and South Korea did.

    After tonight's training: 1) Feuz ... 2/3) Mayer, Kriechmayer, Jansrud, Svindal, Bennett. Since there is always a complete no-name winning a medal, i would go with something like Feuz, Mayer/Jansrud, Bennett.

    Congrats to whoever won the medals, i am just happy i didn't wake up for this, men's downhill training was more important for me. I just can't watch cross-country skiing anymore when i know that all the eventual medallists are dirty, it just takes the joy out of it for me.

    German eurosport commentators said that he did the same in Rio, where he competed in taekwondo.
