I simply knew how to do: take the right medication and be constantly moving. Such an attack usually lasted about 2-3 hours. Vomiting did happen, but not blood. Such an attack could pass in a few minutes and I felt good right away. Afterwards, I often wanted to eat. The doctor told me that drinking a lot of Coca-Cola can increase the number of these stones in the kidneys.

I have had many attacks of renal colic in my life and I have never vomited blood. When I went to the hospital the first time, I got an injection and it went away the same day. Since Tamberi was in the hospital a few days ago in Italy, it`s impossible that they didn`t find another large stone in the second kidney, since he had tests done. And only large stones can cause severe pain. Maybe it is a different disease?

I'm counting on Tambieri the most tomorrow and on Sunday on women's volleyball team. The last time we won gold in a team sport was in 2004 in women's water polo.

Mi sono persino dimenticato di questa competizione e mi sono addormentato per un po' dopo la pallavolo.

La squadra di pallavolo maschile è molto giovane, ma questo non spiega la pessima forma nella fase a eliminazione diretta. Dopo la partita contro il Giappone, era evidente che la forma della squadra era calata drasticamente. Poi non abbiamo vinto nemmeno un set dalla semifinale e finale con il bronzo. Non è normale che la nostra squadra dia il massimo forma nella fase a gironi e poi giochiamo malissimo nelle partite più importanti. Questa è la seconda stagione consecutiva in cui de Giorgi non riesce a preparare le partite più importanti della stagione.

Ci sono 2 medaglie di bronzo, ma purtroppo nella pallavolo occupano nuovamente il 4° posto. Inoltre abbiamo solo 10 medaglie d'oro e cadiamo al 10° posto dietro alla Germania. E probabilmente solo la squadra di pallavolo femminile ha la possibilità di vincere l'oro. Se prendiamo il 10° posto nella classifica medaglie senza la Russia, sarà il peggior risultato del 21° secolo - a Tokyo c'era anche il 10° posto, ma con la partecipazione della ROC. Nessuna previsione sembrava che avremmo perso contro la Germania nella classifica finale Secondo me, solo l'oro nella pallavolo femminile può salvarci queste giochi disastrose per noi, indipendentemente dal fatto che otteniamo il 9° o il 10° posto nella classifica medaglie. Abbiamo vinto l'ultima medaglia d'oro negli sport di squadra ad Atene nel 2004 e per me vale più di 3 medaglie di bronzo nella ginnastica o nel sollevamento pesi.
